We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items which are considered "special order", "built to order" or have been specifically customized for you are not eligible for return but may be covered for a limited time with limited conditions. View the warranty details and policy terms for items that are covered by clicking here.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If damaged, please take photos of the packaging the merchandise arrived in showing clearly any damages to the packaging and also showing clearly any damages to the merchandise. We will need this as evidence to file the shipping insurance claims against the shipping provider.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom built products such as Items which were "special order" and/or "custom built" or "personalized" for you are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Custom built or special order items may be covered under specific terms of warranty if so stated in their individual product description.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest and least complicated way to ensure you get what you want is to return the (return eligible) item you have, once the return is accepted and you have received credit or a refund, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
