RMA (return merchandise authorization) for Warranty Claim Only

RMA stands for (return merchandise authorization)

It is a number we assign identifying our approval and acceptance of your return shipment for items which have active warranty coverage and are qualified for warranty work.

You only need to request an RMA for warranty claims, not for product returns.

You must request and receive the RMA number prior to shipping your unit to us.

Your RMA number must be written on the outside of the box and also printed or written on paper and placed in the box please. We need to know who's unit we have.

Shipments / units which arrive with no approved RMA will be unopened and refused

RMA is not for a refund, it is for warranty claim/work only.

Refer to the warranty paperwork that was included with your unit. Check the date of purchase, make sure your warranty is still in effect. Contact us if you do not have the paperwork, we keep records.
