This amplifier is sold, it was a one-of-one special build, there will be no more exactly like this due to the discontinuation of the Riken resistors.

Once in a lifetime chance to own a 100% brand new Dynaco 70 with (NOS) Riken Carbon Composition resistors, (NOS) CDE "Black Cat" Capacitors and a Premium Vintage Tube Set.

If you're looking for that golden sound and a vintage look, this is the amp. This amp sounds like heaven. At 70 watts (35WPC) it is a crowd pleaser and can drive most speakers. The amp is set up for 4 and 8 ohm only, no 16 ohm terminals.

The output tubes are a closely matched quad of RFT EL34/6CA7 made in Germany. These tubes all test at 90%.

The Rectifier is a Amperex labeled Mullard 5AR4/GZ34. This tube tested at 110% on both sections

The 6GH8A tubes are (NOS) CEI brand made in France

The bias supply uses Nichicon electrolytic capacitors and has PRP metal film resistors for ultra quiet operation. The four section filter capacitor is from Dynakit and also uses PRP metal film resistors.

This amp is wired with 20 AWG solid core and 22 AWG stranded wire. The wiring is properly routed to minimize EMI and is secured with proper cable management.

The circuit is the original Dynaco engineered 6GH8A type which they introduced when 7199 tube production ceased man years ago. The PCB is from Dynakit, it's made on brown FRP stock for improved durability and looks super.

The new chassis is mirror polished, non magnetic stainless steel and is simply a work of art. The cover is included (black) . Oversized feet have been installed to improve appearance and provide better ventilation.

The transformers are from Dynakit and are wound for 120 volt operation so you do not need a voltage reducer, the amp is plug and play as they say.
